I’ll be sending out the postcards this weekend. Here’s what’s left:
Rather than writing something completely generic, random and lame, I thought I’d draw something on it for you to guess. Yes, it’s my very old-fashion snail-mail version of Draw Something. And since I CAN’T DRAW TO SAVE MY LIFE, you may have a good chuckle when you see what I have doodled.
Be sure to leave me a comment telling me which postcard you’d like, if you’d like to get in on the fun. And just to be on the safe side, you don’t have to leave your email address in the comments. Wouldn’t want you to be spammed now, would we? I’ll be able to see it from my admin panel when you post. :)
I used to be on Postcrossing, a lovely site that allows anyone to send/receive a postcard randomly from anywhere in the world. It’s a lot of fun and it makes checking the mail a lot more exciting. Who cares if I have another bill to pay?
Anyway, I haven’t logged in to Postcrossing for awhile and still have quite a number of postcards that are just sitting around, waiting to have postmarks on them. But rather than sending them out randomly, I thought it may be a nice gesture to send out postcards to people who visit this site (all 10 of you) as a sort of How’s it going and thank you reading my blog kinda gesture. So if you’d like a postcard, be sure to leave me a comment with your email, tell me which design you’d like and I’ll get in touch with you.
Who knows? If it’s enjoyable enough, I may just make this a regular thing. I’ll let you know. :)
